El Jadida Azemour

Azmmour has beautiful architectural narrow streets and vibrant traditional doors and a typical jewish section. Eljadida on the other hand, invaded by the portugeuse in 1502 and named it Mazagan. The town has impressive ramparts and known by the Portuguese cistern which was built in 1514 to serve as an arsenal and armoury. The cistern has a beautiful Manueline gothic style.
